Payment Methods

At C-3.dk, we accept payment via VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Anyday, and MobilePay.

Payment will only be charged to your account once the item has been shipped.

All prices are listed in DKK (Danish Kroner) and include VAT.


Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all products you purchase or trade with us are authentic.

All sealed products are guaranteed to be in the same condition as when they left the manufacturer’s warehouse.


Shipping and Pickup

Orders will typically be shipped within 2–3 days.
This does not apply if the order contains one or more pre-order items, which will only be shipped once they are in stock.

We ship to all of Denmark and Europe.

Items will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop or the address specified at checkout, unless pickup has been arranged.

We do not ship to countries outside the EU through our webshop. International shipping outside the EU is available through our eBay page.

All orders are shipped with GLS.

Please note: If there is no space available at the selected parcel shop, your package will automatically be redirected to the nearest available pickup location, and you will be notified. If any issues arise, please contact the carrier’s customer service.

Deliveries are made on weekdays. Your items will typically arrive 2–3 business days after shipment.

Certain products may have special delivery terms, which will be clearly stated prior to purchase.


Warranty / Right to Complain

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

This warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.

Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect handling or misuse of the product.

You must submit a complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

When returning items, making complaints, or exercising your right of withdrawal, the item must be sent to:

The package must be delivered directly to this address and NOT to a parcel shop.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.


Right of Withdrawal / Returns

You have a 14-day full return/right of withdrawal for items purchased in our webshop.

The period starts from the day you receive the order.

Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us no later than 14 days after receiving your purchase by sending an email to:

Please include your order number, and preferably the reason for your withdrawal.

Once you receive a reply from us, you must return the item within 14 days.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received.

You cannot cancel the purchase simply by refusing delivery without clearly notifying us.


Returning Goods

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item.

When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is properly packaged.

You bear the risk of the item from the moment of delivery until we receive it back.

We do not accept packages sent cash-on-delivery.


Condition of Returned Items

You are only liable for any reduction in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been used more than described above, it will be considered used, and in the event of withdrawal you may receive only a partial refund or no refund, depending on the product’s resale value.

To receive a full refund, you may test the item but must not actually use it.


Refunds

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you paid to us.

If the item has decreased in value due to your handling, the reduction will be deducted from the refund.

In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (but not additional costs if you chose a more expensive shipping method), within 14 days after receiving your notice.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.


Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized items

  • Sealed goods which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken

  • Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

  • Goods where the seal has been broken

  • Completed non-financial services, if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service is fully performed

  • Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if delivery has begun with the consumer’s prior consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost

  • Newspapers, magazines, or journals, except subscription agreements

  • Contracts concluded at public auctions

  • Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly

  • Products sold during live streams

  • Goods that were part of a trade deal or purchased using store credit/points

If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you may submit your complaint through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
